Our air conditioned meeting room with natural light has all the facilities you would need on-site, form TV and video to overhead projector and screen to LCD projector. You can hold boardroom style meetings for up to 12, theatre style seminars for 20 and host drinks receptions for up to 20. Tea and coffee is available either in the room or you can break out to the Bar if your guests wish to smoke.

Lunch can either be a buffet served in the Buchanan or in The Great Room opposite. If you would prefer a more substantial sit down lunch we have a special arrangement with the city's well known Brasserie, La Bonne Auberge, only 2 minutes walk.
